Md Fazla Rabbi Fatiq was born and raised in Bangladesh. He lived in different parts of Bangladesh since his childhood due to his mother’s job and those times relevantly helps him encounter different communities, environments, and socio-political factuality. His practice addresses issues of tea worker rights, economic inequality, climate change, and state corruption in communications and rural development sectors. In 2017 he completed BSc Honours in Multimedia and Creative Technology. While studying multimedia, he became acquainted with photography, which later made him more interested in this medium. Recently, he graduated in photography from Pathshala South Asian Media Institute. His work has been exhibited at Chobi Mela (2021). He has also been awarded by the British Journal of Photography.
